Arbejdet udføres som led i konvertering fra naturgas til fjernvarme, og kontrakten er baseret på AB18 (med bygherres tilføjelser og fravigelser). Udbuddet omfatter i hovedtræk følgende opgaver: • Gravearbejder for etablering af fjernvarmegrav, • Montering/tilslutning af nye fjernvarmeledninger, • Tilslutning af stik på nye hovedledninger, • Indføring af stikledninger i boliger og øvrige ejendomme, og • Reetablering efter etablering af fjernvarmeinstallation. Ordregiver vil levere de bygherreleverancer, der fremgår udbudsmaterialet, herunder SB, afsnit 2.
