Το έργο αφορά στην ανέγερση ενός κτιρίου με χρήσεις Πολιτιστικού Κέντρου, το οποίο αποτελείται από τρεις ορόφους (ισόγειο, Α΄όροφος και Β΄όροφος) και δώμα και από τρία υπόγεια (Α΄υπόγειο, Β΄υπόγειο και Γ΄υπόγειο) καθώς και στην αποκατάσταση υφιστάμενου ισογείου λιθόκτιστου κτιρίου με στέγη. Στο προς ανέγερση Πολιτιστικό Κέντρο, προβλέπονται ως χρήσεις: στο ισόγειο, η δημιουργία πολυχώρου, στον Α΄όροφο η λειτουργία δημοτικής βιβλιοθήκης, στον Β΄όροφο η λειτουργία εργαστηρίων (θεατρικoύ, κεραμικής, φωτογραφίας κ.λ.π.),στο δώμα η λειτουργία θερινού κινηματογράφου περιλαμβανομένων των υποστηρικτικών χρηστών αυτού (κυλικείο, χώροι υγιεινής κ.λ.π.) και στους υπόγειους χώρους η λειτουργία χώρων στάθμευσης περιλαμβανομένων των Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων καθώς και των βοηθητικών χρήσεων που απαιτούνται για την λειτουργία των συγκεκριμένων χώρων των υπογείων. Η ανωδομή του προς ανέγερση Πολιτιστικού Κέντρου θα έχει συνολικό εμβαδό 3.650,00 m2 περίπου οι δε υπόγειοι χώρου 6.840,00 m2 περίπου. Το προς αποκατάσταση υφιστάμενο ισόγειο λιθόκτιστο κτίριο έχει εμβαδό 153,00 m2 περίπου.
