Предметът на обществената поръчка включва доставка и гаранционно (сервизно) обслужване на един брой пътнически автомобил(микробус,ван) от категория М1 или М1G. Гаранционния срок на автомобила е, както следва: Гаранционен срок на автомобила от поява на фабрични дефекти в т.ч автомобилни осветителни крушки/модули – не по-малко от 5 години или не по- малко от 120 000 (сто и двадесет хиляди) километра пробег - в зависимост от това кое обстоятелство настъпи по- рано, считано от датата на подписване на приемо-предавателен протокол, подписан от представители на Възложителя и Изпълнителя. Гаранционен срок на всички лаково-бояджийски покрития - не по-малко от 5 години, считано от датата на подписване на приемо-предавателен протокол, подписан от представители на Възложителя и Изпълнителя. Гаранционен срок на антикорозионното покритие - не по-малко от 10 години, считано от датата на подписване на приемо-предавателен протокол, подписан от представители на Възложителя и Изпълнителя.
