L'acheteur agit en tant que coordonnateur d'un groupement de commandes avec DIRECTION DE L'ENVIRONNEMENT. groupement permanent de commandes avec Carcassonne Agglo Solidarité CIAS et les communes membres intéressées, à savoir : Alairac, Alzonne, Azille, Bagnoles, Cabrespine, Capendu, Cazilhac, Conques sur Orbiel, Couffoulens, Douzens, Floure, Leuc, Malves-en-Minervois, Marseillette, Montolieu, Pennautier, Pomas, Preixan, Sainte-Eulalie, Serviès-en-Val, Verzeille, Villegailhenc, Villegly et Villesèquelande. Carcassonne Agglo est le coordonnateur du groupement jusqu'à la signature et la notification du marché. Chaque membre du groupement est chargé de l'exécution financière des prestations qui lui sont propres. Différentes opérations préalables à tous travaux de construction ou d'aménagement, et domaines liés à la propriété (délimitation foncière et documents attachés, urbanisme, gestion et entremise immobilière, …) nécessitent l'intervention d'un géomètre topographe ou d'un géomètre expert afin de réaliser des prestations topographiques. Ce marché est conclu pour une durée de 48 mois à compter du 1 janvier 2026 ou de la date de notification si postérieure
