## About this tender

La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure avec négociation. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 et R. 2161-12 à R. 2161-20 du Code de la commande publique. Un préprogramme est annexé au dossier de consultation. Cette opération devra s'inscrire dans une démarche environnementale ambitieuse et devra s'inscrire dans le cadre posé par le PLU bioclimatique entré en vigueur lors du Conseil de Paris du 20 novembre 2024. Le projet devra répondre aux exigences suivantes : - Plan climat 2024-2030 Ville de Paris, performance selon faisabilité thermique à réaliser ; - Utilisation de matériaux biosourcés ou décarbonés (100% isolants vertueux ou 100% de menuiseries bois ou 100 % revêtements de sol naturels) - Mise en place d'énergies renouvelables et/ou de récupération pour la production de chauffage et/ou d'ECS Le montant de l'enveloppe prévisionnelle des travaux est de 2 015 900 euro(s) HT
