Εξαιρούνται εργασίες σχετικές με κλιματισμό, πυροσβεστικά συγκροτήματα, μέσα ενεργητικής και παθητικής πυροπροστασίας, αντικατάσταση και συντήρηση πυροσβεστήρων, λεβητοστάσια. Οι βασικές κατηγορίες προμήθειας υλικών είναι: • έτοιμο σκυρόδεμα • οικοδομικά • υδραυλικά • σιδηρουργικά • χρωματισμού • υαλοστασίων • ηλεκτρολογικά • ξυλουργικά Η ολοκλήρωση αυτής της διαγωνιστικής διαδικασίας θα οδηγήσει στη σύναψη συμφωνίας – πλαίσιο με μία αναθέτουσα αρχή: Δήμος Διονύσου Η ολοκλήρωση αυτής της διαγωνιστικής διαδικασίας θα οδηγήσει στη σύναψη συμφωνίας – πλαίσιο με έναν οικονομικό φορέα. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της συμφωνία-πλαίσιο ανέρχεται στο ποσό των € 300.000.00, συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24%. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία είναι ενδεικτική, μη δεσμευτική, ως προς την εξάντλησή της. Η αξία των επιμέρους συμβάσεων που θα κληθεί να υπογράψει ο οικονομικός φορέας στο πλαίσιο της συμφωνίας-πλαίσιο με την αναθέτουσα αρχή («εκτελεστικές συμβάσεις») θα ορίζεται ρητώς, είτε στην παραγγελία, είτε στην πρόσκληση υποβολής προσφοράς από τους οικονομικούς φορείς που έχουν υπογράψει συμφωνία-πλαίσιο. Η διάρκεια της συμφωνίας – πλαίσιο ορίζεται στα 3 έτη από την υπογραφή Σύμβασης ή μέχρι εξαντλήσεως του συμβατικού ποσού. Προβλέπεται η δυνατότητα παράτασης της συμφωνίας-πλαίσιο για ένα (1) επιπλέον έτος κατόπιν αιτιολογημένης απόφασης της Αναθέτουσας. Οι εκτελεστικές συμβάσεις μπορούν να συνάπτονται έως και τη συμπλήρωση του χρόνου διάρκειας της συμφωνίας-πλαίσιο. Η διάρκεια των εκτελεστικών συμβάσεων μπορεί να υπερβαίνει το χρόνο λήξης της συμφωνίας-πλαίσιο. Η συμφωνία-πλαίσιο θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει τιμής.
