La présente consultation concerne les travaux à effectuer dans le cadre des opérations des « Schémas Directeurs Technique et Culturel », dites « Pompidou 2030 », tenant en la rénovation technique et la réorganisation fonctionnelle du Centre National d’Art et de Culture Georges Pompidou (CNAC GP), situé place Georges Pompidou dans le IVème arrondissement de Paris. Cette opération est menée sous une double maitrise d'œuvre. Une première consultation, portant sur les « travaux préalables et anticipés » a déjà été lancée. Les lots concernés sont les suivants : • Lot n° 00 : Base-vie des agents du Centre – clôtures piazza ; • Lot n° 01 : Chantier TP – structure – abords / fluides / électricité ; • Lot n° 02 : Echafaudages. • Lot n° 03 : Désamiantage – Déplombage – Curage – Réemploi Les lots 01 à 03 ne font pas partie de la présente consultation. Les lots concernés par la présente consultation s’intègrent dans la phase des travaux dits « principaux » du projet "Pompidou 2030". Les lots des travaux principaux sont pour partie passés en appel d'offre restreint, et pour partie en procédure avec négociation. Le présent avis concerne les lots passés en procédure d'appel d'offre restreint.
