Les TG Souterrains concernent la réalisation, la modification ou la déconstruction des réseaux électriques HTA et BT et/ou branchements électriques, en soutirage ou en injection. Généralement, l'exécution entre dans le cadre de raccordement ou de déplacement d’ouvrage sur le territoire de la Corse. Le Marché est constitué de 6 lots : Grand Ajaccio, Valinco, Extreme sud, Corte-Plaine orientale, Balagne et Grand Bastia. Le Marché est prévu avec une durée ferme de trois ans et deux périodes optionnelles d'un an chacune.
