Η μελέτη αφορά την ανέγερση νέου κτιρίου που θα στεγάσει τις λειτουργίες του Κέντρου Υγείας Μοιρών της Π.Ε. Ηρακλείου στην ομώνυμη περιοχή. Ειδικότερα αφορά την εκπόνηση του συνόλου των τεχνικών μελετών που είναι απαραίτητες για την μετέπειτα δημοπράτηση και κατασκευή του έργου, σε οικόπεδο που έχει παραχωρηθεί για το σκοπό αυτό από το Δήμο Φαιστού. Περιλαμβάνεται η εκπόνηση των κάτωθι κατηγοριών μελετών: 1. Αρχιτεκτονική Μελέτη (κατηγορία 06) 2. Στατική Μελέτη (Κατηγορία 08) 3. Η/Μ Μελέτη (Κατηγορία 09) 4. Γεωτεχνική Μελέτη (κατηγορία 21) 5. Τοπογραφική μελέτη (κατηγορία 16) Περιλαμβάνεται επιπλέον η Σύνταξη Τευχών Δημοπράτησης και Σ.Α.Υ. – Φ.Α.Υ.
