Szczegółowy opis przedmiotów zamówienia oraz orientacyjne ilości dostaw w okresie objętym zamówieniem został zawarty w Formularzach cenowo – ofertowych dla Części nr 1÷36 (Załączniki nr 1 do SWZ), będących integralną częścią SWZ. 3. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje dostawę przedmiotów zamówienia w ilościach wyszczególnionych w Formularzach cenowo – ofertowych na okres 24 miesięcy. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert równoważnych Części nr 1÷7, 9÷21, 23÷25; 28÷33, 35÷36. 5.
