L'usine de dépollution des eaux SILOE d'une capacité de 230 000 EH est équipée depuis 2017 d'une unité de valorisation du biogaz permettant l'injection de biométhane dans le réseau GRDF. L'unité de valorisation à une capacité nominale d'épuration de 340 Nm3/h de biogaz avec une technologie de séparation type membranaire. Le biogaz est issu de la méthanisation des sous-produits de l'assainissement (boues, graisses, matières de vidange) L'objet de cette consultation est la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements installés pour la valorisation du biogaz, l'aide aux diagnostics, l'assistance 24H/24 via une astreinte téléphonique et le redémarrage des installations sous 72H
