Le présent accord-cadre, marché de travaux avec publicité européenne : - a pour objet l’exécution de travaux de voirie (en chaussées, en trottoirs et en parcs publics) et de travaux d’intérêt public de même nature ; - est conclu avec plusieurs participants (article 43 §5 de la Loi du 16 juin 2016) ; - est un marché de travaux conformément à l’article 2, 18° de la Loi du 17 juin 2016 ; - est conclu pour une durée déterminée de 12 mois prenant cours le lendemain de la notification, aux entrepreneurs adjudicataires, de l’approbation de leur offre, au plus tôt le 1er janvier 2026 ; - est tacitement reconductible trois fois pour la même durée.
