Предметът на обществената поръчка е доставки чрез периодични заявки от Възложителя на лекарствени продукти включени в Приложение 2 от ПЛС /Позитивен лекарствен списък/ и извън Приложение 2 от ПЛС. В Техническата спецификация, във формат Excel са посочени наименование, технически характеристики, мерни единици и прогнозни количества за всяко едно лекарство. Настоящата обществена поръчка е разделена на 24 /двадесет и четири/ обособени позиции, както следва: От Обособена позиция 1 до Обособена позиция 22 са лекарствени продукти, включени в Приложение 2 от ПЛС. Обособена позиция 23 и Обособена позиция 24 са лекарствени продукти извън Приложение 2 от ПЛС.
