Byggeprojektet omfatter en tilbygning på ca. 200 m² bruttoetageareal til aktivitetscentret Paletten, samt en omlægning og opgradering af udearealerne, således der bliver både parkering og haveanlæg. Opgavens nærmere omfang og indhold fremgår af Udbudsbetingelserne og Totalrådgiveraftalen med bilag. Projektet forventes taget i brug december 2028. I tilbudslisten afgives samlet pris for samtlige ydelser omfattet af den udbudte rådgivningsaftale.
