A beszerzendő termékek a rendelkezésre bocsátott Árazatlan terméktáblában találhatóak, illetve a Műszaki leírás tartalmazza a további követelményeket. A Kbt. 73. § (6) bekezdés c) pontjára tekintettel AK felhívja a figyelmet arra, hogy érvénytelen az az ajánlat, amely az alábbiak szerinti maximális áraknál magasabb árat tartalmaz: 1. Élelmiszertermékek ajánlati árának maximalizálása: Az egyes maximális árakat az ajánlattételi tábla tartalmazza. 2. Az egyéb költségek (doboz, dobozon elhelyezett grafika, csomagolás, szállítás) túlárazásának elkerülése érdekében további korlátot alkalmazunk, amely értelmében ajánlattevőnek egy doboz vonatkozásában úgy kell meghatároznia az élelmiszereken felüli összes költségét, hogy annak mértéke nem haladhatja meg az élelmiszerek összértékének 13 %-át. 3. A dobozon elhelyezett grafika költségére a 2. pontban meghatározott általános korláton belül további korlát kerül alkalmazásra az alábbiak szerint: a grafika költsége nem haladhatja meg a nettó 410 Ft-os árat. 4.
