El contrato se estructura en los dos lotes siguientes: LOTE 1: Mantenimiento Edificios. Este lote comprende el mantenimiento de los edificios, sus instalaciones y los espacios exteriores. LOTE 2: Mantenimiento Puertas Automáticas.
