Dabei wird die Stromversorgung im Zusammenhang mit brandschutztechnischen Defiziten saniert. In dem ersten Bauabschnitt wird die NSHV (Niederspannungshauptverteilung) in dem 3. Untergeschoss erneuert. Vorbereitend hierzu sind Abbrucharbeiten, wie das Einschneiden eines neuen Türelementes, Abbruch von Mauerwänden, Änderungen von Doppelbodenkonstruktionen notwendig. Das 3. Untergeschoss liegt etwa bei -10.m bezogen auf die Zufahrtsflächen, eine direkte Zuwegung gibt es nicht. Der voraussichtliche Beginn der Heizung- und Sanitärarbeiten ist für März 2026 vorgesehen.
