С настоящата процедура на възлагане следва да се осигури избор на изпълнител, чрез който да се постигне цялостно, комплексно решение на инфраструктурен въпрос за обекта на обществената поръчка, а именно – “Реконструкция на общински път PDV 1213 Първомай - Бяла река - Православен - Драгойново - Буково в участък от км 6+317,45(0+000 ЛОКАЛЕН КМ ) до км 11 +825(5+507,55 ЛОКАЛЕН КМ)”. Необходимо е подобряване на транспортно-експлоатационните качества на настилката, с цел подобряване на условията за безопасно експлоатиране на пътя и осигуряване на необходимата носимоспособност и отводняване на повърхностните води. Участъка от км 6+317,45 до км 11 +825. Пълна информация относно предмета на поръчката, в това число изисквания към начина и реда за изпълнението ѝ се съдържат в приложения инвестиционен проект за обекта, който следва да се счита изрично за техническа спецификация по смисъла на ЗОП, представляващ неразделна част от документацията по настоящата обществена поръчка. ​​​​​​​
