This objective is to be achieved through the delivery of facilities which are designed in compliance with the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets, TII Publications, the Cycle Design Manual and the Traffic Management Guidelines. The overall extent of the areas to be surveyed are shown in the specification. Access to all lands is available to the contractor subject to approval from LCCC.
