Nyertes Ajánlattevő főbb feladatai, így különösen: • Nyertes Ajánlattevővel szemben elvárás, hogy a nyertes Ajánlattevő által biztosított POS, mPOS, softPOS terminálok működését a műszaki leírásban rögzítettek szerint biztosítsa, az Ajánlatkérő által elvárt funkciókkal ellátott terminálokat Ajánlatkérő részére szállítsa le, helyezze üzembe és üzemeltesse, azaz biztosítson hardver és szoftver karbantartási (terminál menedzsment) szolgáltatást, az önkiszolgáló POS terminálok (TVM) vonatkozásában bankkártya elfogadói szolgálatás nyújtása szükséges • El kell fogadnia mágnescsíkos, chipes és érintés nélküli bankkártyákat és okoseszközöket. Legalább a Mastercard és a VISA kártyatársaság, valamint ütemezetten JCB és CUP kártyamárkáival ellátott bankkártyák elfogadása elvárás; • 7x24 órás kereskedői és technikai támogató ügyfélszolgálatot (Helpdesk) kell fenntartania, valamint reklamációkezelő felületet vagy egyéb elektronikus kommunikációs csatornát kell biztosítani az ilyen ügyek kezelésére; • Biztosítania kell a tesztelés lehetőségét az átállításokhoz kapcsolódóan és a szolgáltatás nyújtásának ideje alatt eseti jelleggel is; • Értékesítési csatornánként a műszaki leírásban meghatározott bankkártya forgalmi analitikákat kell e-mailben, titkosított fileban, illetve akár Ajánlatkérő által letölthető formátumban biztosítania az Ajánlatkérő számára. • Ajánlattevő feladata a Qvik szolgáltatás biztosítása a műszaki leírásban részletezettek szerint.
