Димитровград бул. "Стефан Стамболов", бл. №4”, с Разгъната застроена площ (РЗП) – 8854,88 m2; Обособена позиция №2 „Многофамилна жилищна сграда в гр. Димитровград ул. "Христо Смирненски", бл. №8” с Разгъната застроена площ (РЗП) – 3732,22 m2; Обособена позиция №3 „Многофамилна жилищна сграда в гр. Димитровград ул. "Христо Смирненски", бл. №6”, с Разгъната застроена площ (РЗП) – 3732,22 m2; Обособена позиция №4 „Многофамилна жилищна сграда в гр. Димитровград ул. "Простор", бл. №7”, с Разгъната застроена площ (РЗП) – 5 456,00 m2; Обособена позиция №5 „Многофамилна жилищна сграда в гр. Димитровград ул. "Петър Берон", бл. №3”, с Разгъната застроена площ (РЗП) – 3722,40 m2; Обособена позиция №6 „Многофамилна жилищна сграда в гр. Димитровград ул. "Захари Зограф", бл. №32”, с Разгъната застроена площ (РЗП) – 5 302,01 m2. С изпълнението ще се обезпечи законосъобразното изпълнение на строителството, чрез упражняване на Строителен надзор с инвеститорски функции при реализацията на инвестиционните проекти, с което ще се гарантира качеството и точното отчитане на количеството на СМР. Изпълнителите на услугата ще имат задължения, произтичащи от ЗУТ и в съответствие с всички други нормативни актове, регламентиращи особеностите и задълженията в дейността им с оглед спецификата на строителството при реализацията на проектите.
