Przedmiotem zamówienia jest “Modernizacja i doposażenie Zakładu Hemodynamiki i Interwencji Sercowo-Naczyniowej Mazowieckiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego Sp. z o.o. w Radomiu” polegająca na : a) dostawie sprzętu medycznego szczegółowo opisanego w Załączniku nr 1 oraz Załącznikach A,B i C, do Umowy (angiograf, ultrasonograf wewnątrznaczyniowy, system elektrofizjologiczny dedykowany do procedur CSP) b) wykonanie robót budowlanych niezbędnych do realizacji Zadania Inwestycyjnego, w zakresie i na warunkach opisanych w Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do Umowy.
