The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract and comprises the demolition of an existing building, the construction of new buildings with universal design, energy efficient systems and complete technical installations for HVAC, electricity, automation and fire extinguishing. The outside area shall be built up with play apparatuses, a parking area, a new exit and green areas, as well as a new water and sewage and electricity installation.
