Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Modernizacja stopnia wodnego Ujście Nysy”, realizowanego w ramach Projektów (przedsięwzięć) pn.: „Modernizacja budowli piętrzącej na stopniu wodnym Ujście Nysy w km 180,50 rz. Odry wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą” oraz „Modernizacja śluzy oraz sterowni na stopniu wodnym Ujście Nysy wraz z przebudową awanportów oraz obiektów towarzyszących”, współfinansowanych ze środków UE w ramach Programu Funduszy Europejskich na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027, Priorytet FENX.05 Wsparcie sektora transportu z EFRR, Działanie FENX.05.07 Bezpieczeństwo morskie i śródlądowe drogi wodne poza TEN-T. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje modernizację stopnia wodnego Ujście Nysy, tj. budowli piętrzącej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą oraz śluzy i sterowni wraz z przebudową awanportów oraz obiektów towarzyszących. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
