SECO is looking for consultancy services to develop and budget the priority intervention areas of SEMP Phase II in a design study, ensuring they respond effectively to the needs of the Albanian authorities and municipalities and maximize SECO’s impact. Subsequently, as an optional service, to successfully implement SEMP Phase II in close alignment with the Albanian authorities, municipalities and SECO.
