Le parking silo est constitué de trois parties (trois bandes de 16m) ayant des altimétries différentes (système de demi niveaux). Le terrain présente un fort dénivelé entre la rue Serpentine et le site de projet. Une partie du parking silo sera semi-enterré, destiné à accueillir les véhicules légers spécifiques du département de la Vendée dont une partie de la flotte est électrique (Présence de borne IRVE). Le parking silo comprend au rez-de-chaussée un stationnement motos ainsi qu'un local transfo. Le parking est livré PV ready. La société Vendée Énergie sera en charge de la mise en oeuvre et de l'exploitation des panneaux photovoltaïques après la réception de l'opération.
