Users are children living at home with different forms of both mental and physical disabilities. In addition to a respite care centre, parts of the building shall be able to be used as a day offer for youths/adults when children/youths are at schools, etc., the Contracting Authority shall enter into a contract with one contractor for plumbing installations (E301). The project shall be executed as a builder managed joint contract.
