Die Gebäude A + B sind in den Jahren 2020 - 2022 saniert worden, das Abbruchgebäude wurde aktuell bereits zurück gebaut und durch einen Neubau auf einer Fläche südlich der beiden sanierten Gebäuden ersetzt. Der Neubau wurde als zweigeschossiges Gebäude (EG und OG) mit Teilunterkellerung in Stahlbetonbauweise geplant (BRI ca. 10.900m³). Die Anbindung des Neubaus an die Bestandgebäude erfolgt im EG und im OG über einen Verbindungsbau mit Treppenhaus.
