The work shall be carried out by one or several tenderers with the professional, technical and financial basis for the execution of the assignments described in the tender documentation. Tenderers shall undertake to carry out the work in accordance with contract terms (annex 3) and instructions (annex 2) before other contractual assignments. The roads are divided into 5 sections.
