## About this tender

Alt-Moabit 86b, 10555 Berlin Planungs- und Ingenieurleistungen als Generalplanungsleistungen in den Leistungsbildern Technische Ausrüstung und Tragwerksplanung für die Instandsetzung und Modernisierung eines 1912 errichteten Gebäudes, bestehend aus Vorder-, Hinterhaus und Seitenflügel in Berlin-Moabit. Bei der Sanierung des Gebäudes im bewohnten Bestand ist für die Planung und Durchführung der Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen die Erneuerung der versorgungstechnischen Anlagen zu berücksichtigen. Des Weiteren sind eventuelle statische Mängel zu beseitigen. Dazu wurde bereits eine Voruntersuchung durch ein Büro für Tragwerksplanung durchgeführt. Den Bericht mit sämtlichen, notwendigen, statischen Maßnahmen an diesem Objekt inkl. Kostenschätzung je Maßnahme, erhalten die Bieter mit den Ausschreibungsunterlagen zur Angebotserstellung.
