Projekt: Das Projekt Klinikneubau "Gesundheitsquartier Ammerland" umfasst einen in mehrere Baukörper gegliederter Baukomplex entlang der Langen Straße von insgesamt ca. 256m Länge und ca. 64m Tiefe mit bis zu 6 Vollgeschossen. Eine Unterkellerung ist nicht vorgesehen. Das Ensemble ist modular aufgebaut basierend auf einem 8m-Grundraster aus Einheiten von ca. 32m Breite und 48 m Tiefe mit einer vorgelagerten Zone für Pflegezimmer, Arkaden, Filterbereiche von ca. 8 m Tiefe auf der Ostseite (Lange Straße) und einer vorgelagerten Magistrale auf der Westseite, die auch die Anschlüsse an den Bestand sichert, mit Erschließungsflächen, Treppen- und Aufzugskernen, Anschlussbauwerken und Sonderflächen.
