Für die Arbeiten wurden im Vorfeld Voruntersuchungen durchgeführt und eine Baugenehmigung eingeholt. Das Gebäude ist im EG in Betrieb (Großmarkthalle inkl. Nebengebäude, Lagerhallen/Verteilhallen für Obst und Gemüse). Vor der hier ausgeschriebenen Maßnahme sind bereits eine Maßnahme Freimachung UG mit Abbrucharbeiten, Entsorgung Schadstoffen und in Teilen brandschutztechnischer - und statischer Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen und erste Bauabschnitte der statischen Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen im Untergeschoß (BA01 u. BA07) erfolgt.
