KoPÚ v k.ú. Lipice zahrnují celkem 280 ha, mezi neřešené pozemky byly zahrnuty tři stavební parcely ve východní části území. Do obvodu komplexních pozemkových úprav bylo zahrnuto celé katastrální území Lipice mimo zastavěné území obce Lipice a dvou samot.
