SK/UA“ v rozsahu: (i) časť 1 – dopracovanie technického riešenia pre proces EIA; (ii) časť 2 – vypracovanie dokumentácie EIA v rozsahu Informácie o navrhovanej činnosti a zabezpečenie vydania právoplatného záverečného stanoviska navrhovanej činnosti a zabezpečenie súvisiacej činnosti pre technické riešenie z časti 1 \[v prípade, že príslušný orgán zistí, že z dokumentácie vyplýva, že navrhovaná činnosť môže mať závažný cezhraničný vplyv, predmetom zákazky bude aj dodanie dokumentov v zmysle Dohovoru o hodnotení vplyvov na životné prostredie presahujúcich štátne hranice (Dohovor Espoo) a aj súvisiacu činnosť spojenú s týmto dohovorom\]; (iii) časť 3 – vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie v stupni stavebný zámer (SZP), projekt stavby (PSP) v podrobnostiach vykonávacieho projektu (VPP) vrátane geodetického zamerania (GZ) a zabezpečenia rozhodnutia o stavebnom zámere a overenia projektu stavby, a to v zmysle zákona 25/2025 Z. z.; zabezpečenie posúdenia PSP v podrobnostiach VPP notifikovaným orgánom a zabezpečenie potvrdenia o čiastkovom overení a čiastkového vyhlásenia o zhode subsystému v súlade s požiadavkami a platnými TSI; zabezpečenie súvisiacej inžinierskej činnosti, zabezpečenie majetkovo-právneho vysporiadania vlastníkov a zabezpečenie autorského dohľadu nad zhotovením stavby.
