## About this tender

Die SWTE Netz GmbH & Co. KG (im Folgenden SWTE) ist seit Januar 2021 eigenständiger Netzbetreiber des Stromverteilnetzes im Tecklenburger Land und hat das Gelände und die Anlagen der 110-kV-Umspannanlage "UA Bergwerk" von der RAG erworben. Diese werden nun für die zukünftige Nutzung und den Betrieb im Netz der SWTE erneuert. Im Rahmen der Erneuerung der Umspannanlage wird die Mittelspannungsschaltanlage einschließlich der zugehörigen Nebenanlagen zur Integration in das Verteilnetz der SWTE innerhalb des Bestandsgebäudes des bestehenden Schaltanlagengebäudes neu zu errichten oder alternativ zu ertüchtigen.
