Доставката на ново оборудване и обзавеждане ще бъде част от цялостната модернизация на общежитието към СУ "Любен Каравелов" и ще съответства на изискванията на Наредба № 24 от 10 септември 2020 г. за физическата среда и информационното и библиотечното осигуряване на детските градини, училищата и центровете за подкрепа за личностно развитие. Всяка от съществуващите стаи ще се оборудва с нова баня с тоалетна. Съществуващите пералня, сушилня и гладачна стаи ще се преоборудват с ново, модерно обзавеждане. Ще бъдат оборудвани и обзаведени допълнителни стаи в подпокривното пространство отново със самостоятелни бани с тоалетни.
