Die Umsetzung soll auf Basis der bereits erfolgten und genehmigten Entwurfsplanung aus den Jahren 2020/21 erfolgen, unter Berücksichtigung der derzeit bestehenden Baugesetzgebung, des genehmigten Brandschutzkonzepts sowie zur Sicherstellung und Gewährleistung der Schutzziele nach BauO NRW 2018. Die Bruttogeschossfläche beträgt ca. 43.500 qm Bruttogeschossfläche (BGF). Die Realisierung soll in 4 Einzelmaßnahmen mit in sich gegliederten Bauabschnitten erfolgen. Die Fertigstellung ist geplant für 2031. Der Kostenrahmen für die Baukosten (Kostengruppen 300 und 400, DIN 276) wird seitens des Klinikums mit ca. 12,3 Mio. Euro brutto (Stand 4. Quartal 2025) prognostiziert. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung sind die bauordnungsrechtlichen Leistungen für den Brandschutz als Planungsleistung gemäß Punkt 1.4 AHO Heft 17 für die Realisierung des Bauvorhabens.
