Стара Загора“ Изходни данни: Сутерен II – 3 783.70 кв.м. Сутерен I – 2 187,30 кв.м. Партер – 2 568,00 кв.м. Първи етаж – 2 942,30 кв.м. Втори етаж – 3 024,00 кв.м. Трети етаж – 2 476,00 кв.м. Четвърти – 2 556,70 кв.м. Пети – 2 889,00 км.м. Таван – 2 398,70 кв.м. РЗП – 24 825,70кв.м. ОСНОВНИ ДЕЙНОСТИ Изготвяне на обследвания за енергийна ефективност и предписване на енергоспестяващи мерки в съответствие с нормативните изисквания за енергийна ефективност, издаване на сертификат за енергийни характеристики на сграда. Лицето по чл. 43, ал. 1 от ЗЕЕ, извършило обследването за енергийна ефективност на сграда в експлоатация, предоставя на Възложителя с приемо-предавателен протокол резултатите от обследването: 1. Доклад за резултатите от обследването за енергийна ефективност; 2. Резюме за резултатите от обследването за енергийна ефективност; 3. Сертификат за енергийни характеристики; 4. Доклад/и, съставен/и при условията и по реда на наредбата по чл. 56 ЗЕЕ, когато е приложимо. 5. Оригинал на декларация за липса на обстоятелствата по чл. 43, ал. 4 и 6 ЗЕЕ.
