## About this tender

Die Kath. Kirchenstiftung "Mariä Himmelfahrt", Admiral-Hipperstraße 13, 82362 Weilheim, ist ein kirchlicher Träger des Kindergartens Mariä Himmelfahrt und Eigentümer des Grundstücks. Die fünfgruppige, teilunterkellerte Kindertagesstätte (künftig gewünscht 2 weitere Gruppen) wurde teils in den 1960ern gebaut, bedarf aufgrund der Kapazitätsauslastung der Aufstockung auf den mittleren Baukörper. Die Aufstockung wurde anhand einer statischen Analyse untersucht und ist aus tragwerksplanerischer Sicht möglich. Des Weiteren soll eine Komplettsanierung des mittleren Baukörpers durchgeführt werden inkl. neuer Treppe ins UG, in den Abschnitten links und rechts werden lediglich kleinere Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen geplant. Im Planungsverlauf werden die Sanierungsarbeiten konkretisiert. Beide Maßnahmen haben das Ziel, den gestiegenen Raumbedarf zu realisieren und die bautechnischen, energetischen, sicherheitstechnischen und funktionalen Mängel zu beseitigen.
