Keretösszeg összesen nettó 311 811 024 Ft. A teljesítés során a Vas Vármegyei Kormányhivatal illetékességi területén található és a keretmegállapodás 2. része szerinti közvetlen megrendelésekben megjelölt ingatlanokon illegálisan elhelyezett vagy elhagyott, jelen ajánlatkérésben nevesített hulladéktípusok ártalmatlanítás és vagy kezelés céljából történő átvétele, helyszíni gyűjtése, szükség szerint a hulladék szelektálása, rakodása kézi és/vagy gépi erővel, szállítható méretűre történő darabolása/tömörítése, elszállítása, mérlegelése, kezelése, ártalmatlanítása és/vagy hasznosítása szükséges az elszállított hulladék a hulladékról szóló 2012. évi CLXXXV. törvény (továbbiakban: Ht.) előírásai szerinti dokumentálásával. Ajánlatkérő rendelkezésre bocsátja a műszaki leírást és annak 1. számú mellékletét, mely tartalmazza az elszállítással, ártalmatlanítással érintett hulladékfajták megnevezését és a hulladékjegyzékről szóló 72/2013. (VIII. 27.) VM rendelet szerinti alcsoportszámait. Az ellátandó feladatok, tevékenységek részletesen a közbeszerzési dokumentáció részét képező műszaki leírásban és a keretmegállapodás-tervezetben kerültek kifejtésre. AK jelen keretmegállapodást egy ajánlattevővel, illetve közös ajánlattevővel kívánja megkötni. A konkrét munkák megrendelésére a vonatkozó beszerzési igény felmerülését követően, a Kbt 105. § (1) bekezdés a) pontja alapján közvetlen megrendelés útján kerül sor.
