Přičemž každá část veřejné zakázky je zcela samostatným předmětem postupu zadavatele v zadávacím řízení. Pokud ZD nestanoví jinak, platí jednotlivá ustanovení této zadávací dokumentace pro všechny části veřejné zakázky. Podrobnější rozdělení veřejné zakázky na části je uvedeno v části IV. této zadávací dokumentace. 2. Výstupem této veřejné zakázky je pro každou z částí uzavření kupní smlouvy s minimálně třemi a maximálně 20 dodavateli. Přičemž doba trvání smluvního vztahu je ode dne nabytí jeho účinnosti do 31.12.2026. Dodávky budou závislé na vývoji klimatických podmínek a tím také ukončení výroby asfaltobetonových směsí jednotlivými obalovnami. 3.
