Die Kläranlage befindet sich in 55218 Ingelheim Aussenliegend 122. Das Gebäude wird neu errichtet, das Gebäude besteht aus 2 Stockwerken (Erdgeschoss und 1.Obergeschoss) sowie einen in Teilen genutzten Dachfläche. Die Gebäudelänge beträgt ca. 54m, die Gebäudebreite ca. 23m. Die Geschosshöhe ist jeweils ca. 4m. Bestimmte Raumumschließungsflächen haben brandschutztechnische Anforderungen zu erfüllen, die entsprechenden Wände und Decken können dem Brandschutzkonzept entnommen werden. Das Obergeschoss wird mittels innenliegender Treppe erschlossen. Das Gebäude wird als Sozial- und Werkstattgebäude genutzt.
