The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for toys and art materials, to the right quality, in a cost efficient and environmentally and socially responsible way. Tenderers shall use their expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the aim of the contract. The framework agreement has a value of maximum NOK 5,500,000 excluding VAT.
