Le terrain de 12 546m², à forte déclivité, comporte un bâtiment compact en béton au RDC et structure bois au R+1, d'une surface de plancher de 1 939 m². Celui-ci reçoit une grande salle de sport et un mur d'escalade en double hauteur, ainsi que deux salles de sports, des vestiaires et sanitaires, du stockage et bureaux, sur deux niveaux. L'aménagement extérieur consiste à la création d'un terrain multisport, et d'une piste d'athlétisme, ainsi qu'un traitement paysagé avec des cheminements. Des démolitions sont à prévoir.
