## About this tender

The German Aerospace Center (DLR) operates a fleet of specialized research aircraft through its Flight Operations Facilities in Braunschweig and Oberpfaffenhofen. The Dornier DO-228 is used for applications including Earth observation, atmospheric research, and flight testing.
