Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. L'opération consiste à réhabiliter, et restructurer le centre d'entretien routier de St-Vincent-de mercuze. Cette opération sera réalisée en site occupé, en effet les agents doivent pouvoir continuer leur mission pendant la durée des travaux. L'effectif en viabilité hivernale est de 21 agents. L'opération porte sur : - La réhabilitation lourde du Batiment A (garages et atelier, 637 m²SU) : Désamiantage, reprise des éléments structurels, rénovation énergétique, réorganisation des espaces hors trames; La restructuration du Batiment B (logement de fonction et anciens bureaux DDT) : Désamiantage, reprise de l'étanchéité de la toiture, rénovation du logement de fonction, rénovation énergétique, requalification des espaces et ajout d'un espace personnel (initialement au batiment A) - La démolition/reconstruction du Batiment C (abris à sel et stockage) Les travaux comprendront également : - La reprise du chauffage de l'ensemble du site; - La reprise des espaces extérieurs ; - La création d'une aire de lavage, avec plateforme; - Le remplacement/installation : cuve à saumure, carburant, adblue, GNR; - La mise aux normes de l'assainissement et amélioration du traitement des eaux pluviales du site.
