Povrch vozovek vykazuje plošné deformace, síťové, mozaikové, příčné, podélné trhliny a olamování okrajů vozovek. Na částech některých úseků je zcela nefunkční či chybějící odvodnění komunikace (nutná diagnostika stávajících propustků vč případného návrhu opravy). Dochází zde k opakovanému vytváření poruch, které jsou průběžně odstraňovány v rámci běžné údržby silniční sítě, což vyžaduje značené finanční náklady a je z ekonomického hlediska neefektivní.
