Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάθεση υπηρεσιών Ανεξάρτητου Ελεγκτή για τον έλεγχο των Οροσήμων/ Στόχων, Δράσεων και Έργων που υλοποιεί η Ανεξάρτητη Αρχή Δημοσίων Εσόδων (ΑΑΔΕ) στο πλαίσιο του Εθνικού Σχεδίου Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας «Ελλάδα 2.0», σύμφωνα με το Εγχειρίδιο Διαδικασιών Συστήματος Διαχείρισης και Ελέγχου (ΣΔΕ), όπως αυτό εκάστοτε ισχύει, του Ταμείου Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας. Η παρούσα δαπάνη χρηματοδοτείται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση – NextGeneration EU, στο Πλαίσιο του Εθνικού Σχεδίου Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας «Ελλάδα 2.0», Τίτλος Δράσης: 16291 ­ Ψηφιακός μετασχηματισμός φορολογικών και τελωνειακών αρχών/ Άξονας 4.1 ­Φορολογικά εργαλεία πιο φιλικά για την ανάπτυξη και βελτίωση της φορολογικής διοίκησης, καθώς και από εθνικούς πόρους μέσω πιστώσεων του ΠΔΕ (ΣΑΤΑ 051, Κωδικός Έργου: 2025ΤΑ05100000) με βάση α) την με αρ. πρωτ. 38726 ΕΞ 2025/05.03.2025 της Απόφαση Ένταξης στο ΤΑΑ (ΑΔΑ: 6ΙΚΥΗ­Ο3Π) του Αναπληρωτή Υπουργού Εθνικής Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών και την με αρ. πρωτ. 1190/08.04.2025 (ΑΔΑ:6ΝΚ1Η­ΕΦ2) Απόφαση Ένταξης στο ΠΔΕ 2025 του Αναπληρωτή Υπουργού Εθνικής Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών και έχει λάβει Κωδικό ΟΠΣ ΤΑ 5225042.
