The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the role of ACM Consultancy Services based on Notional Hours and rates as detailed in the Pricing Document.This competition is conducted using an open procedure with a qualitative assessment. The Most Economically Advantageous Tenders will be appointed to the single supplier framework.
