## About this tender

Ce projet concerne la création d’un bâtiment réfrigéré 2/4°C destiné à des activités logistiques incluant la réception, l’entreposage, le stockage, la préparation de commandes et la distribution de produits alimentaires frais. Le bâtiment sera classé ICPE1510 au regard de l’arrêté inter-préfectoral n° 2021/02289 du 28 juin 2021 de la zone des Entrepôts. La surface dédiée aux activités sera d’environ de 3 400 m² à RDC et de 400 m² de bureaux créés en mezzanine. Le bâtiment ne reçoit pas de public mais sera accessible aux PMR (Personnels à Mobilité Réduite). Les travaux de construction devront se dérouler sur 12 mois à partir de juin 2026. Ils sont répartis en 9 lots : - Lot 1 : VRD et terrassement, - Lot 2 : Gros œuvre, charpente, couverture, bardage et menuiseries extérieures, - Lot 3 : Panneaux isolants et équipements de quais, - Lot 4 : Serrurerie, - Lot 5 : Sprinklage et RIA, - Lot 6 : Plomberie et CVC, - Lot 7 : Electricité, - Lot 8 : Ascenseur, - Lot 9 : Aménagement de bureaux (cloisons, menuiseries intérieures, revêtements de sols, faux-plafonds)… Une entreprise peut répondre à un ou plusieurs lots et se voir attribuer un ou plusieurs lots si son offre est économiquement la plus avantageuse pour chacun des lots.
